Orange Poppyseed muffins

Baked again today. Orange poppyseed muffins~! Ta dah~!. Though of baking some muffins for my colleagues as one of the staff from UK will be coming over to our office tomorrow. Just to make everyone happy, and meanwhile to brush up my skill as well :) They seems boring (the muffins, I mean...) so I've made up some sugar paste flowers as decorations. Here's how they look like: What do you think?

My first blog on baking...

I've always love baking. To me, it's an art that requires alot of passion. I've been baking for about a year and finally, I'm able to bake a 'real' cake. LOL. Not to mention that I almost burned down the house because I've totally forget that I'm baking a cake with a microwave that time!
And, here I am, with my very first blog about the journey of baking (I've actually started a lil late). So, I guess I'll be starting to post up some pics of what I've baked for the past few months (that's edible, of course!) :P

My passion & dream is to open a cake shop which sells wedding cakes & cupcakes :) Hopefully, it'll come true someday.....
