The Wedding Cake

I was pleased to be asked by a good friend to make the wedding cake for their garden wedding which gonna be held in November 2009 :) Been working on the design and here it is. A 3-tier moist orange cake with marshmallow fondant and gumpaste roses as the cake topper. Hope they'll like it and wish them happiness always....

Pandan Mousse Cake

Was in the mood of baking again yesterday... :) Been missing the aroma of pandan leaves and manage to get some at Chinatown! Hehehe...and here it is, the Pandan mousse (or agar-agar?) cake with desiccated coconut!

P/S: Even the 'ang moh' loves it!! :P
