Made some egg tarts yesterday. After several attempts, finally I've succeed! Well, practice makes perfect! Heheh....

I'm in the Beijing 2008 Olympic mood. Suddenly something just hit me and wanted to make some cupcakes!... Here's the Orange Pooppyseed cupacakes, with buttercream icing for the Beijing 2008 Olympic theme. :)

Cheese Stix!!!

Made some cheese sticks yesterday night. Been looking for the recipe. It's super easy if you use frozen puff pastry. It's like 15 minutes preparation and about 10 minutes to bake..and this is what you'll get:

Lemon Drizzel Cake

Greetings from Adelaide! It's been quite a long time that I didn't blog. Well, been busy with settling down, running around and busy looking for a job! Manage to steal some time to bake. This is it! The Lemon Drizzel Cake (since lemons are dirt cheap here, so i decided to make this!) It's EXTRA (and i mean it!) sour and full of gooey lemony taste! It's delicious and good for digestion after dinner. Hehe.
I baked this last night. It doesn't taste as good as today! The taste developed and taste so 'heavenly' today......

Another Fresh Fruit Cake!

Another fresh fruit cake order by a customer. Choices of fruits :Korean strawberries, longans, grapes & peaches!



The colours does not look really good in the pic ( Shouldn't took the cake with a black background!) Guess will have to brush up with my photography skill...hmm...
